    • Standard shipping (2-8 business days) is $10.00, or free for orders over $100.00
    • Express shipping (1-4 business days) is $15.00

    • Standard shipping (6-27 business days) is $20.00

    Depending on the value of your order you may be subject to customs or import duties. It is up to the receiver of the parcel to cover these costs as these charges vary from country to country and are out of our hands. Prior to placing an order with us, we suggest getting in touch with your local customs office in regards to applicable customs or import duties relevant to your country.

  • Orders typically ship in 1-2 business days. As soon as it ships you'll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number. We ask to allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

  • Our candles are clean-burning and non-toxic. We work with the top global fragrance houses to develop and manufacture our scents, which contain high quality phthalate free fragrance oils and essential oils.

    Our products are not tested on animals, are free from phthalates, parabens, formaldehydes, sulfates, mineral oils, gluten and contain no animal by-products and can be considered as vegan friendly.

  • We happily accept returns within 30 days of dispatch, provided products are unopened and unused and in resealable condition. Please note shipping costs for returns/exchanges are at customer's own expense. We recommend using a registered service for returns.

    1. TRIM IT: Before each burn trim your wick to 1/4 of an inch. Trimming your wick extends the life of your candle, prevents smoking, provides a clean burn and prevents hazardous flames.
    2. BURN IT: Always burn your candle long enough to get an even melt pool across the top of the candle- this is especially important for the first burn of the candle to avoid tunneling. This should be approximately 3-4 hours. Do not burn your candle for longer than 4 hours at a time.
    3. SNUFF IT: Extinguish the candle safely. Once your flame is extinguished make sure the wick is upright and centered.
    4. UPCYCLE IT: Reuse or recycle your vessel once it is finished burning.

  • Each candle is made with a clean-burning soy–coconut wax blend that keeps particle pollution low and your home environment refined. Our natural cotton wicks contain no lead or zinc, and every fragrance is composed from a harmonious blend of natural and expert-crafted oils for a richer, more expressive scent.
