Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process. As soon as it ships you'll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number.
All orders require a signature upon delivery. If someone is not on the premises to sign and receive your order, it will be taken to the nearest post office for collection. We are not responsible for carrier delivery delays and lost packages. If a package gets lost by the carrier, we will do our best to assist you and the carrier to find it.

RETURNS
We accept returns on any items that are unused and in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of your purchase. Items that are used are not eligible for return. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet the conditions stated above. To initiate a return, please email us at info@nyymph.com with your original order number and proof of purchase.
